TIFFANY WINLING

Owner, Recreational/Company Instructor/Choreographer

I am Tiffany Winling and I am dancing my way into 25 years of being the owner, choreographer and a teacher of Tiffany & Co. Studio of Dance. I am very passionate about owning a studio that provides a well-rounded dance education while making the atmosphere comfortable. I would like the studio to feel like home to all those that walk through the T & Co. doors.

I started studying dance at the age of 3. I have been educated by many wonderful teachers throughout the country. Jordan K. Bower, Bonnie Amburgey, James Franklin, Joe Tremaine, Franke Hatchett, Doug Caldwell
and Marcia Lane to name a few.
I have performed professionally with Pro Dance Teams and have performed in commercials and theatre shows. I have judged dance competitions around the country and I have choreographed for Dance Studio’s, High School, College and Pro dance teams as well as theatre shows and commercials.
I enjoy every genre of dance, every age, every level of ability, and bringing positive energy into every room.

I am qualified to instruct dance in ballet, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop and musical theatre. I attend dance teacher conventions each year
to stay current in the industry.
I strive to help each dancer achieve self-confidence.
Self-confidence is the key to success in any future endeavors a person may have. I have been lucky enough to watch many of my dancers move into professional dance positions and professional careers.

In my free time I enjoy my lovely family, my husband Scott, my daughters West, Sophia and Tessa and my dog Baxter. They along with my studio family are my inspiration.

HALEY HEATH

Company Instructor/Choreographer

Hello my name is Haley Heath and I have been a dance instructor at Tiffany & Co. for 22 years. I majored in Theatre, Dance, and Kinesiology at IPFW and Cal State San Bernardino. Through the years I’ve been blessed with many choreography opportunities including Indiana University, Purdue University, Cal State University, high School dance teams, show choirs, modeling run way shows, and other studios throughout the country.
I have been blessed to work with many talented dancers and even more importantly, I’ve had the opportunity to build many long lasting relationships. I’m thankful for the love and support of my husband, Ben and God has blessed us with two energetic handsome boys, Roman and Titus.
Throughout my time at T & Co. I have enjoyed the constant encouragement to grow as an artist and a mentor. We build around the foundation of technique but encourage every dancer to paint their own personal style

KRISTEN ORWIG

Recreational/Company Instructor/Choreographer

My name is Kristen Weimer and I am entering into my eleventh year of teaching at Tiffany & Co. T&Co, has become my second home as I grew up dancing here alongside my sister, Miss Alicia, since the age of 7, and have stayed ever since! I started assisting at the age of 17 and happily accepted a teaching position in the fall of 2010. I graduated from Carroll High School in 2009, where I was a member of the Electric Blue Dance Team, and went on to attend IPFW. I graduated in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. At IPFW, while working towards achieving my degree, I took several dance classes and performed in IPFW’s “Purely Dance” for three years. Although I spend my nights at the studio teaching some pretty great kids, I spend my days surrounded by animals, big and small, at my full-time job as the office manager of the Garrett Veterinary Hospital. Even though I am constantly on the go from my scrubs to my tap shoes, both of my jobs are truly rewarding, and I would not have it any other way! I am so excited to start another dance season here at T&Co, and cannot wait to see the growth and accomplishments of all the dancers throughout the season. Dance has always been something near and dear to my heart, and being able to teach, inspire, and pass on a love of dance, along with the rest of the amazing faculty, to all of the dancers, is a true blessing! Here’s to a wonderful year full of memories and fun! GO GO T&CO!

ALICIA WEIMER

my name is Alicia Weimer and I will be teaching some of the recreational classes this year. I have been a part of Tiffany and Co from the very beginning and part of the faculty for the last five years. During that time I also had the opportunity to be a on the Fort Wayne Madame Ants dance team for three seasons, but had to give that up when I got my teaching job at Carroll High School. Now I am a high school math teacher by day and a dance teacher at night and I love both of my jobs! When I am not teaching I am at home cuddling with my kitten and watching a good movie. I am very excited for another awesome year at the studio and look forward to teaching new hip hop tricks and inspiring the young ones to love dance as much as I do.
