Owner, Recreational/Company Instructor/Choreographer
I am Tiffany Winling and I am dancing my way into 22 years of being the owner, choreographer and a teacher of Tiffany & Co. Studio of Dance. I am very passionate about owning a studio that provides a well-rounded dance education while making the atmosphere comfortable. I would like the studio to feel like home to all those that walk through the T & Co. doors.
I started studying dance at the age of 3. I have been educated by many wonderful teachers throughout the country. Jordan K. Bower, Bonnie Amburgey, James Franklin, Joe Tremaine, Franke Hatchett, Doug Caldwell
and Marcia Lane to name a few.
I have performed professionally with Pro Dance Teams and have performed in commercials and theatre shows. I have judged dance competitions around the country and I have choreographed for Dance Studio’s, High School, College and Pro dance teams as well as theatre shows and commercials.
I enjoy every genre of dance, every age, every level of ability, and bringing positive energy into every room.
I am qualified to instruct dance in ballet, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop and musical theatre. I attend dance teacher conventions each year
to stay current in the industry.
I strive to help each dancer achieve self-confidence.
Self-confidence is the key to success in any future endeavors a person may have. I have been lucky enough to watch many of my dancers move into professional dance positions and professional careers.
In my free time I enjoy my lovely family, my husband Scott, my daughters West, Sophia and Tessa and my dog Baxter. They along with my studio family are my inspiration.

Convention/Competition Director, Company Instructor/Choreographer
My name is Emilee Nees. I have been a member of the Tiffany & Co. family since it’s inaugural year in 1996. While dancing as a member of the Company, I was hired on as a faculty member in 2002 - and have never looked back! I continued teaching while achieving my Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Childhood Education from Indiana University. When I’m not at the studio, I am working with the Carroll High School Electric Blue Dance Team, where I am in my 9th year as Head Coach. EBDT has won several State Championship titles, of which I’m very proud! I am also entering my 6th year as Scheduling Coordinator of In10sity Dance Competition. I love all facets of dance and am truly blessed to be a part of so many wonderful organizations!
My husband Tyler and I have been married since 2013. We have two beautiful children who we are extremely proud of - daughter Charlie (5) and son Cooper (3.) While I love being a mom, I also have a true passion for teaching dance. I believe in promoting hard work and success in a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Hi everyone! I'm Britney Lombardo and I am excited to join the faculty of Tiffany and Co. Studio of Dance. I started dance lessons at the age of three and have been trained at various studios in Fort Wayne (including Tiffany and Co.!) in all styles of dance. My dance education continued through college, where I minored in dance and received my BA in education from IPFW. Prior to this year, I have been a dance instructor for 11 years at Steppin' Out Studio of Dance.
Currently, I teach dance education at Homestead High School, where I am also head coach of the dance team and co-direct the SACS dance program. I'm passionate about spreading the love of dance throughout the community and can't wait to share this passion with the students of TNCO!
Outside of dance, I enjoy spending time with my supportive husband, Dominic, and our two boys, Luca and Leo.
My name is Ashlie Manor and this is my third year teaching at Tiffany & Co. I first started dancing at the age of five. I trained and competed in both dance and gymnastics for several years. After high school, I continued my dance education at Ball State University and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree In Dance Performance and a minor in Business Management. After college, I moved back home (Auburn, IN) and started teaching at Steppin’ Out Studio of Dance, where I trained dancers in their competitive program for 10 years. I have also been a part of the coaching staff of Homestead High School’s Dance Team for several years. My passion for the art of dance and teaching children is unexplainable. When working with dancers, my goal is to train them to be confident, be committed and practice like you perform. I have been married to my husband, Eric, since 2011, and together we are proud parents of twin boys, Mac & Kruz. Life has sure blessed me with many things over the years, and joining the Tiffany & Co. program is definitely one of them. GO, GO! T & Co.
Hello my name is Haley Heath and I have been a dance instructor at Tiffany & Co. for 20 years. I majored in Theatre, Dance, and Kinesiology at IPFW and Cal State San Bernardino. Through the years I’ve been blessed with many choreography opportunities including Indiana University, Purdue University, Cal State University, high School dance teams, show choirs, modeling run way shows, and other studios throughout the country.
I have been blessed to work with many talented dancers and even more importantly, I’ve had the opportunity to build many long lasting relationships. I’m thankful for the love and support of my husband, Ben and God has blessed us with two energetic handsome boys, Roman and Titus.
Throughout my time at T & Co. I have enjoyed the constant encouragement to grow as an artist and a mentor. We build around the foundation of technique but encourage every dancer to paint their own personal style
My name is Kristen Weimer and I am entering into my eighth year of teaching at Tiffany & Co. T&Co, has become my second home as I grew up dancing here alongside my sister, Miss Alicia, since the age of 7, and have stayed ever since! I started assisting at the age of 17 and happily accepted a teaching position in the fall of 2010. I graduated from Carroll High School in 2009, where I was a member of the Electric Blue Dance Team, and went on to attend IPFW. I graduated this past May, 2017, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. At IPFW, while working towards achieving my degree, I took several dance classes and performed in IPFW’s “Purely Dance” for three years. Although I spend my nights at the studio teaching some pretty great kids, I spend my days surrounded by animals, big and small, at my full-time job as the office manager of the Garrett Veterinary Hospital. Even though I am constantly on the go from my scrubs to my tap shoes, both of my jobs are truly rewarding, and I would not have it any other way! I am so excited to start another dance season here at T&Co, and cannot wait to see the growth and accomplishments of all the dancers throughout the season. Dance has always been something near and dear to my heart, and being able to teach, inspire, and pass on a love of dance, along with the rest of the amazing faculty, to all of the dancers, is a true blessing! Here’s to a wonderful year full of memories and fun! GO GO T&CO!
Lydia Badders has been a part of Tiffany & Co. for the past 8 years. She was on Company for six years and a part of the faculty for the past two. The studio has been a second home to her for so long and she feels honored that she can continue to share her love of dance as an instructor. Lydia has received training from amazing choreographers such as Brian Friedman, Laura Edwards, Travis Wall, and many others. Besides working at the studio, Lydia spent the last year dancing for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. In addition, she is currently working on getting her BA in psychology at Purdue University Fort Wayne with plans to be a school psychologist. Throughout her time at the studio she's learned self-discipline, time management, and to be confident in herself. She believes these skills are essential to receiving a well-rounded dance education. Lydia feels so blessed to be around an amazing community of dancers, teachers and parents! Go Go T&Co!
I'm Allyson Reece and I am SO excited for yet another fabulous year at Tiffany & Co. Studio of Dance! I have been dancing since the age of three, and I have been a part of the T&Co faculty for four years as an assistant and instructor. I graduated from Carroll High School in 2013, where I was a four year member on the Electric Blue Dance Team. I have trained competitively with multiple studios in all forms of dance, as well as traveled to many different cities for conventions to learn from some of the top choreographers in the industry. I am so excited to continue to share my knowledge and love for dance with all of our students! GO GO TNCO!
my name is Alicia Weimer and I will be teaching some of the recreational classes this year. I have been a part of Tiffany and Co from the very beginning and part of the faculty for the last five years. During that time I also had the opportunity to be a on the Fort Wayne Madame Ants dance team for three seasons, but had to give that up when I got my teaching job at Carroll High School. Now I am a high school math teacher by day and a dance teacher at night and I love both of my jobs! When I am not teaching I am at home cuddling with my kitten and watching a good movie. I am very excited for another awesome year at the studio and look forward to teaching new hip hop tricks and inspiring the young ones to love dance as much as I do.
My name is West Winling and I have been a member of Tiffany & Co. for 12 years! I am also the proud daughter of Tiffany Winling and hope to someday follow in her footsteps. I cannot wait to begin teaching recreational classes and sharing my passion and knowledge with the young dancers of our studio in this the 22nd season!
Along with training and competing at Tiffany & Co. I am also a dancer for the Carroll High School Electric Blue Dance Team and a Hollywood DJ (assistant) at the dance competition/convention Hollywood Dance Jamz! I have been blessed to have taken classes and train under world renowned choreographers such as Sonya Tayeh, Travis Wall, Doug Caldwell, Laura Edwards, Brian Friedman, Nappytabs, Jabbawockeez, Justin Lewis and also the magnificent faculty of Tiffany & Co. I have also received many scholarships at the following conventions, 24/7 Dance, Velocity Dance, Nuvo Dance, In10sity Dance and Monsters of Hip Hop. My team has been national champions and has won multiple judges awards at competitions all across the country! I am so excited for this upcoming season and for the opportunity to teach and have fun with some awesome dancers! I hope to make an impact on their lives and show them a path to dance success! Go Go T & Co.!!
